Job Summary
The Service Greeter/Porter is responsible for moving service customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility increase customer convenience and maintain an orderly service parking area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works on Service Drive to assist our Service Advisors to greet incoming customers.
- Moves incoming vehicles off the Service Drive into staging areas and also retrieves customer vehicles that are being picked up and pulls them up on the Service Drive.
- Courtesy Wash and Vacuum of cars coming out of our repair shop.
- Take trash scrap metal and scrap batteries from our repair shop daily and properly disposed of.
- Clean and gas Loaner Cars to make sure they are ready for the next customer to use.
- Keep washer fluid bottles in shop replenished.
- General cleaning of shop and dealership as needed.
- Test drive vehicles to confirm repair was effective (Must have clean driving record)
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Handle other tasks as assigned.
