Job Summary

Van Driver/Maintenance
Rate: $16.15-$18.61/hr.
Shift: 1:30PM-12:00AM 4 Days/Week Full-Time Every Other Weekend

As a Van Driver/Maintenance you will be responsible for maintaining the facilitys physical environment ensuring all systems and equipment are in proper working order. You will perform routine maintenance respond to repair requests and assist in preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and comfort of residents and staff. You will also assist with transport of staff to and from designated pick-up and drop-off sites utilizing a company-owned vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems (HVAC plumbing electrical).
Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks (painting flooring lighting etc.).
Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
Maintain a clean safe and orderly environment for residents and staff.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Assist with facility upgrades and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in building maintenance or a similar role preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
