In this LTC RN role you will lead and participate in comprehensive resident care with a focus on safety comfort and independence. Your daily responsibilities include assessing residents conditions updating care plans administering medications overseeing IV therapies wound care and disease management and collaborating with physicians therapists and family members to ensure coherent person-centered strategies. Youll mentor CNAs and other support staff promoting best practices in infection control fall prevention pain management and rehabilitation-based activities. The position supports professional growth through structured onboarding ongoing clinical education and leadership opportunities within a supportive team framework. The compensation package reflects competitive standards with weekly pay ranging from $1615 to $1707 and guaranteed hours of 36 per week starting on 01/19/2026 for a contract spanning several weeks. We also offer a sign-on bonus where applicable housing assistance to ease relocation or temporary lodging and clear extension opportunities that allow you to continue contributing your expertise as you decide how long to stay with the program.
