Job Summary
LPN Nurse Supervisor
Rate: $28.00/hour to $34.00/hour (rate includes evening $3.00 shift differential)
Shift: 3pm-11pm Part-Time Every Other Weekend
$1500 Sign-on Bonus

What Youll Be Doing:
- Oversee and guide LPN and CNA staff on your unit
- Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
- Provide hands-on care and assist with treatments as needed
- Communicate effectively with residents families and interdisciplinary teams
- Lead by example promote teamwork and foster a positive work environment
- Support the RN Supervisor and Director of Nursing in overall clinical operations
What Youll Need:
- Active LPN or RN
- Previous long-term care or supervisory experience preferred
- Leadership skills with a compassionate team-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A true passion for senior care
