Manages interactions with high-profile patient types including community leaders political figures philanthropists board of trustees and celebrities demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and providing white-glove service. Manages the intake triage and coordination of care for patients across various specialties and service lines including Neurology Cardiology OB/GYN Primary Care Oncology Orthopedics and Dermatology. Ensures comprehensive data collection on each patient including medical history financial status and relevant records to facilitate personalized care. Job DutiesPatient Intake and Triage: Coordinate the intake and triage process for patients across multiple medical specialties/service lines ensuring accurate collection of medical history and relevant information. Care Coordination: Navigate patients through the healthcare system and facilitate connections to appropriate specialists based on their needs. Multidisciplinary Follow-up: Manage complex follow-up care logistics and coordinate appointments for new/established patients including labs scans and treatments. Exceptional Patient Service: Provide high-touch patient service maintaining exceptional communication skills and fostering a positive experience for patients and families. Data Management: Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems and customer relationship management (CRM) systems effectively to maintain patient records manage care transitions and gather necessary medical : Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers communicating appointment details and treatment plans with department leadership to coordinate patient appointments across multiple service lines or with complex care plans. Service Recovery: Address patient concerns and restore trust by providing exceptional service recovery and advocacy when issues degree required. instead of a degree an additional two (2) years of experience in medical intake scheduling referral facilitation or related duties. Bachelors degree preferred.
