Rotating schedule with every other weekend off.

Make an impact
- Operate and maintain multiple injection molding lines and packaging equipment
- Quickly troubleshoot and repair issues to keep uptime high
- Capture accurate production data on schedule
- Achieve quality targets: perfect case audit docket information ZR verification and visual inspection
- Train new operators on processes and paperwork best practices
Your toolkit
- 3 years of machine operation or maintenance in manufacturing; preferred: 1 year in injection molding
- Manual dexterity and solid hand/eye coordination
- Clear communication and detail orientation
- Analytical thinking with basic troubleshooting ability
- Math proficiency; use of calculators for production calculations and records
- Working knowledge of measurement tools (e.g. level)
- Understanding of product quality standards
- Familiarity with principles of Thermoforming machines
