Responsibilities

Your best day is when you and your team members discharge patients knowing you delivered compassionate quality efficient care. This is a 24 bed unit with a 1:4 patient:nurse ratio. Its a team environment looking for self-driven highly-detailed nurses who communicate well.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required.
  • Consistent demonstration of Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency required.
  • RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
  • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required.
  • Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 3 months of hire
