Job Title: Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements including balance sheets and income statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Assist in preparing budgets forecasts and variance analyses to support strategic planning.
- Review and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare reports on financial performance for management review.
- Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate records and streamline reporting processes.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to assist management in decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that impact financial practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards in financial practices.
- Certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred but not mandatory.
- Team player with a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
