Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Cancellations Clerk to join our team at Toyota of North this role you will play a key part in managing vehicle cancellation processes efficiently and accurately ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This position is based in Miami FL.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage vehicle cancellations including purchase orders trades and wholesale transactions.
- Verify and maintain accurate cancellation records in the system.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of cancellation issues.
- Communicate with customers dealerships and finance institutions regarding cancellation status and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies state regulations and industry standards related to cancellations.
- Assist with auditing and reporting related to cancellation activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in automotive or administrative fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in automotive dealership operations particularly in cancellations trades or wholesale processes preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with computer systems and dealership management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
