What would you do as a Path Outreach Specialist

As a PATH Outreach Specialist at Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board you will play a crucial role in supporting the homeless population living with mental illness or substance use disorders. Your responsibilities will include conducting outreach psychological needs assessments and developing initial plan of care and service provider linkage monitoring advocacy. What you need to be successful

The knowledge and skills required for the position are:

Bachelors Degree in Human Services (such as Social Work Sociology Psychology or Counseling) and one year of experience working with the target population; OR
Five years of equivalent work experience working with the target population
Valid Drivers License
