Are you an experienced RN with a passion for leadership and patient care Join our team as a Clinic Supervisor and play a vital role in shaping the future of orthopedic services. This position offers the opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with strong leadership skills to ensure exceptional patient experiences and operational excellence.

What Youll Do:

  • Provide hands-on clinical support including casting splinting staff and patient education.
  • Supervise and mentor Ortho clinical staff (RN MA etc) fostering a positive high-performing team culture.
  • Oversee daily operations inventory management and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with providers and managers to improve workflows and processes.
  • Lead performance reviews training and corrective action when needed.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance patient care and employee engagement.

What Were Looking For:

  • RN license with at least 3 years of clinical experience.
  • CPR certification and valid WI drivers license.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies.
  • Previous supervisory experience required.
