Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Wage: $18.00 $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Requirements:

Must be U.S. Citizen
Must have 23 years of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience
Must be able to pass extensive background checks
Must have a valid drivers license
Must pass a drug test
Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Basic Job Duties:

Scrub strip and refinish hard floors
Perform carpet cleaning
Window cleaning and other project work as assigned by the Supervisor
Fill in as needed for janitorial positions including:
- Cleaning restrooms
- Mopping sweeping dusting and vacuuming
- Removing trash and recycling
- Restocking paper supplies and liners
Drive a company vehicle to travel between job sites

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Constant standing walking pushing balancing stooping kneeling crouching twisting and reaching (up to 100% of the workday)
Frequent reaching overhead and forward
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs
