Summary:
The Home Health Admin On-Call Coordinator maintains open communication as admin on-call coordinator with all clients physicians staff and referral sources. Follow up on all unresolved issues from office hours ( results.) Coordinates new patient starts as required. Documents communications referrals and problems as appropriate and in a timely manner. Provide office staff with all pertinent information at onset of office hours.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- 1 year pediatric experience
- 2 years experience in Home Health Hospital or Critical Care nursing preferred
- Current Texas drivers license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Current National Certification (CPN or CRNI) preferred
Schedule:
DAYS:
Monday to Friday 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM
On-Call 11pm to 0730 AM
Weekends:
Saturday 0800am to 1600pm once a month
Saturday 0730am to 1830pm then on call 1830 pm to 0730 am once a month
