Job Summary
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings utilities and facilities.
Monitor and maintain utilities (power water compressed air drainage).
Respond to breakdowns and emergencies to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot faults and carry out corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety health and regulatory requirements.
Follow safe work practices including LOTO and permit-to-work systems.
Maintain good housekeeping and support environmental controls.
Assist in supervising contractors and ensure work meets safety standards.
Conduct inspections maintain records and support audits.
Support improvement and energy-saving initiatives.
Qualifications :
Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Mechanical Building Maintenance Facilities Management or related technical field.
Minimum 2 years experience in facilities maintenance preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems plumbing civil works and building maintenance.
Familiar with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
This position is based in Pasir Gudang.
