What Youll Do (CNC Machinist Responsibilities)

• Set up program and operate CNC milling machines (Mazak preferred)
• Perform part setups tool changes and in-process inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints drawings and tolerances
• Work closely with senior machinists engineering and quality teams
• Identify and report non-conforming parts to resolve issues quickly
• Maximize efficiency through proper setups and smooth transitions
• Meet production rates schedules and quality standards
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work area

What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 35 years of CNC milling experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Experience using micrometers calipers and dial indicators
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings
• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable self-motivated and team-oriented

Preferred (Not Required)

• Mazatrol programming experience (3- 4- or 5-axis)
• Mastercam programming experience
• Experience in automotive or performance manufacturing

Schedule

• Full-time on-site
• 1st or 2nd shift available
• Occasional overtime including evenings or weekends as needed
