Are you passionate about HR operations and payroll accuracy Join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes and employee support in an international environment.
Your Tasks:
Prepare and validate data for payroll processing in cooperation with the external payroll provider
Calculate and settle working time for employees under various systems (vacations sick leaves overtime business trips)
Organize hiring and termination processes including for foreign nationals
Provide day-to-day support to employees on topics such as working time leave policies and employment regulations
Prepare HR reports and analyses (attendance turnover absenteeism)
Collaborate closely with managers and internal departments to ensure seamless HR operations
Manage internal communication and contribute to HR documentation
Actively participate in optimizing HR and payroll processes and maintaining data quality in systems
Your Profile:
Proven experience in HR administration and payroll processes
Strong knowledge of Polish labour law and working time regulations
Familiarity with HR systems (RCP Workday) and data accuracy principles
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Fluency in Polish and good command of English (spoken and written)
Experience in working with external service providers is a plus
