Job Summary

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management and a proven track record of successfully leading teams and implementing technology solutions in a fastpaced environment. As the IT Director you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT department including strategy development project management budgeting and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives that align with the companys overall goals and objectives

Oversee the daytoday operations of the IT department ensuring the smooth functioning of all systems and processes

Manage a team of IT professionals providing guidance support and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential

Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions that improve efficiency and productivity

Develop and manage the IT budget ensuring costeffective solutions are implemented

Stay uptodate with the latest technology trends and advancements and make recommendations for their implementation

Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems data and networks

Lead and manage IT projects from planning and implementation to evaluation and maintenance

Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the timely delivery of services and solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and initiatives

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Indepth knowledge of IT systems networks and infrastructure

Familiarity with cloud computing virtualization and other emerging technologies

Experience in budget management and cost control

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
