Job Summary

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Host/Hostess to join their team in Bahrain.

Job Responsibilities

Welcome guests as they arrive provide menus and assist with seating arrangements.

Manage reservations and walkin guests maintaining an organized seating chart and waitlist.

Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times specials and restaurant policies.

Coordinate with servers bussers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient table turnover.

Handle guest inquiries requests and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and lobby area.

Assist in setting up and clearing tables during peak dining hours.

Uphold a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for guests throughout their dining experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly outgoing demeanor.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively.

Proficiency in reservation management software is a plus.

Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
