Effective Immediately you MUST include your New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate up front with all Glens Falls Hospital nursing submissions. This license is required by the state of NY in order to staff for temporary needs. As of 1/1/2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance. Welle - (Verbal De-escalation bundle training required) OR CPI -

COVID vaccinations encouraged but not required.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color - No designs or cartoons. No hoodies.

3 years of ICU/CCU experience - REQUIRED
Minimum 5 years RN experience - REQUIRED
Must be willing to float to Med Surg/Tele when needed - REQUIRED
EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - PLEASE NOTE EXPERIENCE/PROFICIENCY ON PROFILE!
Travel experience - REQUIRED
Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle - REQUIRED
MUST be able to lift up to 50 lbs - REQUIRED
