Valet Lincoln

Description of the role:

The Valet at Korum Lincoln in Puyallup Washington plays a key role in providing an excellentcustomer service experience for our customers. The Valet is responsible for delivering courtesy vehicles to customers of the Service Department and returning their vehicles promptly upon completion of the service work.

Pay Range: $17.94 to $23.22 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Completes Pickup and Delivery services in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintains a high level of product knowledge and interacts with customers with a high level of professionalism and hospitality in all interactions.
• Ensures Courtesy Vehicles are kept clean and fueled between customer uses. Communicates damage and needed maintenance to management.
• Assists the Sales Department with the vehicle lot display as directed.
• Directing customers to the right departments or personnel

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
• At least 18 years of age
