Private Duty Aide Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Field-Based/One-On-One Care/Full-Time or Part-Time Day Availability

Elara Caring is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Private Duty this role youll provide one-on-one care that truly matters helping patients remain safe comfortable and independent in the place they call home.

What Were Looking For
Active CNA license in the state of application
Compassionate positive attitude
Commitment to high-quality patient-centered care
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse
Follow individualized care plans and report changes in patient condition
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing grooming dressing toileting and ambulation
Take and record vital signs as required
Perform safe transfers using assistive devices and mechanical lifts
Support patients in maintaining a clean safe and healthy home environment
Encourage mobility and prescribed exercise programs
Respond appropriately to emergency situations
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
Communicate effectively with patients families nurses and care team members
Adhere to all safety infection control and organizational policies
Attend required training and in-service programs
