Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Representative to join our dynamic this role you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in communications and public relations within a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with experienced professionals who will guide you in developing your skills and knowledge in various aspects of communication including media relations content creation and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies.
- Draft and edit internal and external communications including emails newsletters and press releases.
- Conduct research to support communication initiatives and identify media opportunities.
- Manage social media accounts creating engaging content and monitoring audience interactions.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings events and media briefings as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in communications public relations marketing or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design software is a plus.
