Werelooking for an Art Director who can think as well as craftsomeone who understands brand storytelling and knows how to make ideas thrive across on new business pitches and a diverse mix of clients flexing between brand platforms social-first activations and integrated campaigns.
Youllneed to be culturally plugged-in and understand that socialisntjust a cut-down of a TV spotitswhere ideas start and grow.
We want someonewhosalready explored AI in their creative process and is excited to go hands-on training with ourcutting-edgeAI toolshelping you push boundaries and elevatewhatspossible.
What you will be doing:
- Develop big conceptual ideas that work across brand platforms social and integrated campaigns.
- Collaborate withaconceptual copywriter to craft culturally relevant insight-driven work.
- Lead visual storytelling that connects across multiple formats and channels.
- Bring fresh thinking to new business pitches and help win exciting accounts.
- Adapt seamlessly to different clients industries and tones of voice.
- Use AI tools to enhance ideation and executionand learn advanced techniques with our training.
What you need to be great in this role:
- A strong conceptual thinker with proven art direction experience.
- 7 years experience working in advertising agencies witha track recordon integrated campaigns.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and familiarity with motion tools.
- Previousexperience using AI in creative workand enthusiasm to master new tools.
- Curious collaborative and hands-onyou roll up your sleeves and get involved.
- You approach every briefbig or smallwith the same energy and creativity.
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with a hunger to learn and pushboundaries.
