We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partnerto provide comprehensive HR support to the organization and management in achieving business goals implementing HR strategy and enhancing employee engagement.

Join the team in our Actuation Technologies manufacturing facility in Fiorenzuola dArda Italy to enhance business success through your expertise in HR (Human Resources). You will manage talent recruiting and training compensation & benefit foster development improve employee and labor relations. You will guarantee policy and procedure development and implementation ensure clear communication and provide essential reporting. You will report to Human Resources Director Final Control Italy and Actuation Technologies.

As part of a global organization you will collaborate with international teams and contribute to HR strategies gaining exposure to a dynamic multicultural environment.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Drive talent strategies: lead recruitment onboarding performance management and succession planning.

  • Shape development initiatives: design training plans promote corporate learning programs and support individual growth.

  • Manage compensation processes: oversee merit reviews bonus schemes and ensure fair and competitive practices.

  • Champion engagement and inclusion: sponsor global HR initiatives ethics campaigns and diversity programs.

  • Support organizational change: maintain org charts job descriptions and enable workforce planning.

  • Build strong labor relations: collaborate with Works Councils and Union Representatives ensuring compliance with local laws.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree in HR or business field or equivalent experience

  • Experience in a generalist HR position (7 years) providing support to management and connecting with other stakeholders

  • Knowledge of Italian labor legislation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems familiarity (HCM Oracle)

  • Proficiency in Italian and English language

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Advanced education in HR or an MBA

  • Experience within a manufacturing setting

  • Background in an international matrix organization
