The Opportunity
As the Life Group Pastor overseeing Womens and Singles Groups youll play a vital role in cultivating a thriving groups culture where spiritual growth and belonging flourish. Youll:
- Develop and equip leaders to shepherd their groups with purpose and confidence.
- Create on-ramps that help people connect into community through Rooted and Life Groups.
- Champion discipleship rhythmsprayer serving generosity and storytellingthat reflect the heartbeat of the early Church.
- Shepherd and inspire individuals to live as fully devoted followers of Jesus.
Who You Are
Youre a relational spirit-led leader with a pastors heart and a strategists mind. You love seeing people grow in Christ and helping leaders flourish in their calling.
- You have 5 years of ministry leadership experience (church or parachurch).
- You have a bachelors degree in theology ministry or a related field. (Seminary is a plus.)
- Youre a strong communicator whether teaching writing or encouraging one-on-one.
- You have a deep love for Gods Word and the local church.
- You thrive in team settings and bring energy creativity and organization to your work.
