What Youll Do
The position plays a key role within the organization by ensuring equipment reliability assisting production teams and contributing to overall quality and safety standards
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of sewing machines and related production equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical electrical pneumatic and control-system issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure optimal machine settings calibration and performance to meet product quality standards for medical devices.
- Maintain maintenance documentation records and reports in accordance with internal procedures and quality standards.
- Lead train and evaluate maintenance technicians.
- Plan and organize daily work assignments and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure effective collaboration with production quality and engineering teams
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase machine reliability and reduce downtime.
- Analyze equipment failures and propose corrective actions (root cause analysis preventive actions).
- Participate in equipment upgrades installations and commissioning projects.
