This Position reports to:

As a Senior Project Engineer you will be the technical lead and/or design authority for Process Automation engineering projects in Renewable Oil & Gas Chemical Power Generation Water treatment industries both in US and global projects making technical recommendations and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent this role you will ensure successful Distributed Control System delivery of multiple projects on time within budget and in line with specifications and with quality and safety guidelines.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries Division in Houston TX.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Working closely with customers to shape and deliver solutions and
utilizing feedback to drive delivery of improvements for medium to large
complex projects
Assisting Project Managers with claims customer specifications and
safety standards as well as technical details costs and deliverables for
sales proposals
Cost-effectively executing Distributed Control System project deliverables
on time in accordance with specifications standards and safety
requirements
Design Test and Commission Automation Enclosures Control Logic and
Human Machine Interfaces with ABB or 3rd party Control System

Qualifications for the role:

• A Bachelors degree in Chemical Mechanical Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or other engineering degree

• 8 years of experience in engineering working as an Engineer with Distributed Control Systems

• Sound knowledge of engineering techniques processes and tools

• A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following workplace safety guidelines

• A high level of self-motivation curiosity and a desire to learn about new technologies

• A collaborative approach to working demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills

• Candidates must be able to read write and speak English fluently

• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident of USA

• Position will be based in Houston TX

• Reimbursement for relocation is not available

• Ability and willingness to travel approximately up to 80% of the time
