Responsibilities:
- Accountable for safely operating the press brake position.
- Consistently wear the required PPE per policy.
- Complete safety audits monthly.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
- Seek to identify potential hazards and resolve them.
- Quality-minded with attention to detail.
- Accurately read measuring equipment: calipers height gauge and micrometer.
- Accurately read and interpret blueprints.
- Notify appropriate support elements when non-conformances are identified.
- Competent machine operator
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Work independently with minimal assistance required once trained.
- Think critically and demonstrate the ability to understand and set up machines.
- Organization of area maintaining cleanliness and 5S elements.
- Exemplifier of our corporate values.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED - required.
