Wisconsin Public Media (WPM) is excited to invite applications for a skilled and collaborative Fundraising Systems Manager to join our dedicated team. The Fundraising Systems Manager serves as the hands-on manager for our fundraising CRM systems. Youll lead the systems design and technical execution that enables our Development team to connect with thousands of annual donors and raise millions of dollars in support of public this working manager role you will not only guide strategy but also actively participate in the technical work while supervising and mentoring a Fundraising Systems Analyst.

This role will report to the Director of IT but will work closely with colleagues across Development Membership Engineering and Marketing and Communications partnering with teams who share your passion for using technology to make a difference.

This is a full-time 40-hour-a-week position.
Hours are generally scheduled Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM but the schedule is flexible and will be determined at the time of hire.
This position is based onsite in Madison Wisconsin at Vilas Communication Hall with flexibility to accommodate occasional remote work for personal appointments or scheduling needs. Fully remote candidates will not be accepted.
Remote work requires an approved flexible work arrangement (FWA). A FWA requires successful candidates to possess their own high-speed internet and phone to perform the work on a university provided computer. Per University policy transportation between home and assigned work location is not payable/reimbursable and will be at the expense of the employee.
Supervise Technical Analyst including prioritization mentorship and performance management.
Lead CRM/data systems strategy and serve as primary liaison with external vendors (ROI Solutions Engaging Networks Payment Processor etc.).

PBS Wisconsin and Wisconsin Public Radio are part of Wisconsin Public Media. The IT department serves the entire division and is focused on delivering value through technology. The person in this position will be required to comply with the Wisconsin Public Media Code of Ethics: in addition to the UW-Madison code of ethics.
The expected salary range for this position is between $95000 up to $110000. Actual pay will depend on experience and qualifications.
