What youll do
Performance Objectives - his or her performance will be measured by the following KPI:
- Sales leads / opportunity generation
- Revenue / customer base growth
Key stakeholders: Business Development (Sales) Team Rev Ops team Product team
Role definition:
Partnership Development
- Identify and establish partnerships within the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem including e-commerce platforms third-party service providers (logistics ERP advertising training institutions) and industry associations.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships to drive affiliate collaboration models.
Channel Building & Management
- Design and implement affiliate partnership strategies to create effective customer acquisition channels and deliver high-quality leads to the sales team.
- Execute joint marketing campaigns co-branded events and content collaborations to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Business Coordination
- Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure partner resources are effectively converted into business growth.
- Regularly analyze channel performance and optimize partnership models and incentive programs.
Industry Insights & Innovation
- Stay updated on cross-border e-commerce trends and explore new partnership opportunities and innovative collaboration models.
- Contribute to the development of policies and processes for affiliate partnerships to improve operational efficiency.
Who you are
- Bachelors degree or above in Marketing Business Administration International Trade or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or channel partnerships; background in cross-border e-commerce payments logistics or SaaS preferred.
- Familiarity with major eCommerce platforms such as Amazon Walmart eBay and a strong understanding of seller needs and industry pain points.
- Excellent communication negotiation and project management skills with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Results-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in affiliate marketing channel distribution or ecosystem partnerships.
- Proficiency in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Existing industry network or resources are a plus.
