The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for designing managing maintaining and upgrading the organizations technology infrastructure.
He ensure the availability performance security and scalability of all IT systems including networks servers cloud environments data centers and security components.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. IT Infrastructure Management
- Oversee servers networks storage systems virtualization and potential cloud platforms
- Ensure high availability and reliability of critical services.
- Manage data centers and server rooms.
B. Security & Compliance
- Lead cybersecurity policies (firewalls antivirus vulnerability management audits).
- Supervise backups business continuity (BCP) and disaster recovery plans (DRP).
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISO 27001 etc).
C. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Manage a team of system engineers network engineers support technicians DevOps etc.
- Prioritize critical incidents and coordinate technical interventions.
- Maintain relationships with vendors service providers and integration partners.
D. Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Drive modernization projects: cloud migration network redesign deployment of collaborative tools.
- Define and monitor infrastructure KPIs (SLA uptime performance).
- Optimize costs and propose a strategic technology roadmap.
Qualifications :
Required Technical Skills
- System administration: Windows Server Linux.
- Networking: LAN/WAN VPN Cisco Fortinet routing & switching.
- Cloud & virtualization: VMware Hyper-V Azure/AWS.
- Monitoring tools: Zabbix Nagios Centreon Grafana.
- Cybersecurity: firewalls IAM SIEM security audits.
- DevOps knowledge is a plus: Docker Kubernetes CI/CD.
Soft Skills
- Leadership & team management.
- Strong sense of urgency and prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strategic vision and anticipation capability.
- Rigor service-oriented mindset autonomy.
Education & Experience
- Masters degree or engineering degree in IT networking or computer systems.
