Home Daily Route Driver

Dont have a CDL We are willing to assist the right person with getting their CDL! You would start as a passenger assisting with deliveries and learning about the DOT rules for CDL drivers along the way. Once you receive a learners permit you will receive a wage increase and our drivers will work with you on getting hands-on training and practice. It is our goal to help you obtain your CDL and when you do you will receive another pay increase and be eligible for bonuses!!!
This position starts & ends daily in Hays Kansas!
- No scheduled weekend routes and steady year-around work

Route Driver
Typical days start between 4:00am-5:00am and end times can vary between 1pm to 4pm depending on the orders with some days being longer than others. Route drivers start the morning picking up the packed trailer and follow the delivery route given. At each stop there will be some building of the loads to take in to the customer which requires attention to detail in reading and scanning delivery tickets working with the customer on where to place their products getting required signatures and developing relationships with these repeat customers.
$1500 New Hire Driver Sign-on bonuses: Receive $200 at 3 months $300 at 6 months $500 at 12 months and $500 at 18 months. Eligible for Quarterly bonuses as well!!!
(if no CDL at hire the bonus clock starts with CDL date and to be eligible for the quarterly bonus must have CDL for and worked the entire quarter)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lbs
Driver Requirements:
- 18 years old
- Current CDL or ability to obtain within 3 months
- Have a good driving record
Required Education:
- High school or equivalent
