Job Summary
Rev up your hospitality career as a Bellman/Porter where youll be the first and last point of contact ensuring guests experience a smooth and sophisticated arrival and departure. With your prompt and courteous service youll be the driving force behind a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Provide courteous and attentive customer service assisting guests with their belongings offering information and creating a positive and welcoming experience.
- Escorts residents to their desired location moving luggage and other belongings as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles and maintaining order in the designated area.
- Act as a communication link between guests and other hotel departments facilitating requests and ensuring effective coordination of services.
Qualifications :
- Ideally one-year experience as a bellman/porter preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays according to department needs
- Valid drivers license that meets the needs of our insurance carrier
- Must be at least 18 years of age
