Responsibilities / Tasks
- Build develop and lead Supply Chain teams (managers and specialists)
- Manage suppliers: local sourcing supplier performance evaluation and development
- Oversee production planning (MPS) and ensure effective execution
- Ensure safe and cost-efficient transportation warehousing and material flow
- Build long-term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies legal requirements and QHSE HSE & Sustainability standards
- Drive Lean / Operational Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Optimize quality lead time and cost across processes systems and tools
- Support time-to-market for new and improved products
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Master of Science or Bachelor of Science in Management Economics Logistics and Transport Production Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Logistics
- Proven experience at Manager or Director level in a production environment
- Background in low volume / high mix manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Lean TQM Operational Excellence and ERP systems (SAP)
- Excellent leadership analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong business mindset and results orientation
- Fluent in Polish and English; German is an asset.
