The Administrative Office of the Courts is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Court Program Assistant who is passionate about making a difference. This isnt just a numbers job its an opportunity to influence how justice is delivered statewide by ensuring responsible stewardship of public funds and providing strategic fiscal insight.
Reporting to the Manager of Guardianship and Elder Services in the Courts this position provides program support to theOffice of Public Guardianship (OPG). Some duties will include tracking contracts reviewing invoices managing files and records data entry and report development providing technical assistance to contractors and the public and assisting senior staff with projects.
In this role youll take initiative and ownership of ongoing projects and programs within your area of expertise. Youll be trusted to work independently while collaborating with senior AOC staff for specific assignments. Your work will be periodically reviewed but youll have the freedom to manage day-to-day responsibilities and make meaningful contributions. Guidance is always available for new or unusual situations but your ability to think critically and act proactively will set you apart.
