Job Summary
What Youll Do
Deliver exceptional patient service through phone video email text and portal communications
Coordinate scheduling appointment confirmations and follow-up communications
Support prior authorizations pharmacy refills and lab result tracking
Accurately update and maintain patient records in our EMR
Perform clinical administrative duties within the scope of your certification
Protect patient privacy and ensure full HIPAA compliance
What Were Looking For
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) required
2 years of experience in medical office or telehealth setting preferred
Prior experience with an EMR required
Prior experience with CoverMyMeds and prior authorizations preferred
Strong multitasking organizational and communication skills
Reliable self-starter who enjoys working independently
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time 40 hours/week (MondayFriday some evenings)
- $22-24/hour non-exempt
- Hybrid 75% remote and 25% in person (Winfield IL)
