Summary of Position:
The Orthodontic Sales & Treatment Representative is a pivotal role to Kozlowski DePascale Orthodontics and serves as a primary point of contact for potential customers. This role will focus on customer development and ensuring excellent customer service to promote the business and retention. This role will provide a wealth of knowledge of treatment plans and best practices.
Essential Job Function:
- Obtaining high treatment acceptance by explaining cost of treatment insurance coverage and finance options.
- Solicit referrals frompatientspost-treatment while at the same time tracking satisfaction with work provided.
- Contact patients/guarantors the day prior or the day of the appointment regarding fees due and to confirm the appointment.
- Communicate to office management if schedules are not filled for consults.
- Presentingtreatment plans and giving estimates of treatment costs in an effective manner.
- Educating and discussing the Orthodontists treatment plan after diagnosed and reviewed by the clinical staff with the patient.
- Ensure patients are cleared for treatment including all cleanings and restorations are validated before beginning treatment.
- Promoting and upholding the values of Orthodontic Partners in all aspects of the job.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and communicate withpotentialcustomers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Ensure patients are cleared for treatment including all cleanings and restorations are validated before beginning treatment.
- Ensure patients are compliant with appointments financial obligations send the appropriate communication leading up to or including termination from treatment.
- Drive results and strive to consistently achieve results and goals set forth by management.
