Job Summary
Lloyd Richards Personnel is hiring a Tack Welder / Helper for full-time long-term work in a manufacturing environment.
This position assists welders and fabricators with tacking material preparation and general shop support. Candidates must be reliable safety-focused and able to work in a fast-paced production setting.

This position assists welders and fabricators with tacking material preparation and general shop support. Candidates must be reliable safety-focused and able to work in a fast-paced production setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist welders with tack welding and weld preparation
- Grind clean and prep materials
- Move materials and parts throughout the shop
- Perform general shop labor and cleanup as needed
- Follow safety procedures and shop standards
Requirements:
- Prior manufacturing or shop experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic tack welding
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to stand lift and work on your feet
- Reliable transportation and attendance
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time
- Day shift (5:00 AM 3:30 PM)
- Weekly pay
- $18.00/hour
