Registered Nurse (RN) Medical-Surgical Float Pool

Location: Gainesville FL

Schedule: Full-Time Days (7a7p) or Nights (7p7a) Rotating Weekends (3x12s)

Pay: $43.00/hr flat rate
Shift Differentials: Nights $4.25/hr Weekends $3.00/hr
Sign-On/Relocation: Case-by-case

Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a flexible high-energy RN to work across multiple Medical-Surgical units. Ideal for nurses who enjoy variety patient-centered care and working in a supportive team environment.

Note: Must live within 60 minutes of the facility.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care on multiple Med-Surg units
Perform patient assessments and support care planning
Advocate for patients and families
Follow unit protocols and maintain clinical excellence

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent acute care Med-Surg experience
Current Florida RN license or Multistate/Compact license (FL license required within 60 days if compact)
Comfortable with 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio and floating to multiple units
BLS certification within 30 days of hire
Pass AHCA Level 2 background and fingerprinting
