You will serve as a Knowledge Lead and a trusted AI Force Multiplier playing a key role in translating our AI platform into practical value for restaurant and hotel operators.
What Youll Be Doing
As a Director - AI Sales Enablement you will be responsible for ensuring our go-to-market teams deeply understand how hospitality operators run their businesses day-to-day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Hospitality Expertise: Teaching the team how to talk about big industry problemslike high turnover rising labor costs and complex compliance lawsto show how Harri solves them.
- Product Mastery: Designing and rolling out the curriculum that makes new and existing sellers domain experts on our products and the solutions that drive demand.
- Certification & Quality: Certifying team members and adjusting training materials to ensure we deliver highly competent sellers to the field.
- Storytelling: Taking real wins from customers like major hotel brands and QSR groups and turning them into simple stories that help the sales team close deals.
- AI Innovation: Finding and setting up AI tools to help the team work more efficiently including using AI to write better emails summarize meetings and create training materials.
- Playbook Development: Creating and updating the guides talk-tracks and battle cards our team uses every day to win against competitors.
More About You: What Can You Bring
We are looking for a Hospitality Insider who is an AI Enthusiast with a proven track record of simplifying complex technical features into exciting customer benefits. You will be passionate about delivering successful outcomes and possess:
- 5 years in or around the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical features simply.
- AI Proficiency: Active experience using AI (like ChatGPT Claude or meeting assistants) to be more productive and the ability to teach others.
- Self-Starter Mentality: The ability to build content lead training and measure results independently without needing a large team.
- Technical Savvy: Comfort learning new software quickly and showing others how to get the most out of the Harri platform.
- Global Collaboration: Experience working in a cross-functional environment to scale knowledge and improve consistency.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience with Workforce Management compliance or restaurant/hotel operations is strongly preferred.

- Position: Full-time
- Location: This role is based in NYC.
- Salary: The salary range for this position is$175000 - $225000 USDdepending on experience.
