Job Description:

Perfect Vision KSA is seeking an experienced Public Relations and Government Relations Executive to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This role holds strategic importance in enhancing the companys positioning and building communication bridges with government entities and relevant authorities to secure necessary support and facilitations for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement integrated PR and government relations strategies to strengthenPerfect Vision KSAs presence in the Saudi market.
Build and manage strategic relationships with key government entities including:
- Ministry of Industry and Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT)
- Regulatory bodies such asSDAIACITC andMODON
- Financing and support institutions like theIndustrial Development FundandSocial Development Bank
Monitor regulatory updates and government legislations assessing their impact on company operations.
Coordinate with government entities to obtain necessary permits licenses and streamline business procedures.
Secure government support and participate in development initiatives and programs launched by government agencies.
Organize meetings and engagements with government officials to enhance cooperation and promotePerfect Vision KSAs solutions.
Prepare reports and documentation required by government entities and participate in tenders and government projects.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet government requirements and provide technical/administrative support when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Public Relations Public Administration Law or a related field.
Minimum5 yearsof experience in government relations or regulatory affairs preferably in the technology or industrial sector.
Indepth knowledge of Saudi government structure and procedural frameworks of relevant ministries and authorities.
Strong network of contacts with officials in government entities and related institutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Arabic/English) with the ability to represent the company before official entities.
Ability to analyze policies and regulations and provide strategic recommendations to management.
