Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging content that aligns with our brand across all platformsincluding social media websites presentations brochures digital ads and product visuals. Your designs will support marketing campaigns product launches events and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop creative assets for digital and print: social media posts banners flyers roll-ups brochures infographics and more.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to translate complex software solutions into simple visual concepts.
Maintain and evolve the Key Smart Applications brand identity consistently across all touchpoints.
Assist with UI mockups visual concepts and presentation decks when needed.
Optimize graphics for web and social platforms (Facebook LinkedIn Instagram etc.).
Stay updated on design trends and recommend improvements to current visuals.
Work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and design quality.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field.
- Proven work experience (2 years) as a graphic designer preferably in a tech or software company.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects is a plus).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print design work.
- Good understanding of branding color theory typography and layout principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing is a plus.
- Arabic and English language proficiency is preferred.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field. Proven experience in ERP implementation (e.g. SAP Odoo Oracle Microsoft Dynamics Key Smart ERP etc.). Strong understanding of business workflows in areas like finance supply chain HR or manufacturing. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with data migration and system integration is a plus. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of SQL and ERP databases Project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) is an advantage Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems Ability to train users with varying technical backgrounds
