ROLE SUMMARY:
The Restroom Attendant ensures a clean welcoming and well-maintained restroom environment for all guests. This roleis responsible formaintainingcleanliness restocking supplies and providing exceptional guest service throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented professional and committed to creating a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all restroom areas.
- Restock supplies including paper products soap toiletries and other amenities as needed.
- Monitor restroom conditions and promptly address spills maintenance issues or safety concerns.
- Greet guests courteously and offerassistanceor amenities whenappropriate.
- Ensure restroom ambianceremainspleasant (lighting scent music)
- Dispose of trash properly andmaintainwaste bins throughout service
- Report any maintenance or supply needs to management
- Follow all sanitation safety and hygiene proceduresin accordance withvenue and health regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and perform light cleaning duties.
