Were seeking a detailoriented and compassionate Leaves Coordinator to manage all aspects of employee leave and ADA accommodation processes. In this role youll serve as the primary point of contact for employees and leaders ensuring a supportive experience while maintaining strict compliance with federal state and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration of ADA accommodation requests from initial intake through final resolution ensuring timely compliant and empathetic support.
- Administer state-paid leave programs FMLA and internal leave policies in accordance with applicable laws.
- Coordinate with absence management vendors and ensuring all leave data is accurately entered into the HRIS system.
- Coordinate with leaders payroll and employees.
- Protect confidential medical information in alignment with HIPAA and privacy standards.
- Communicate regularly with employees on leave and manage returntowork processes.
- Prepare and analyze leave reports identify trends and escalate issues as needed.
- Support process improvements documentation updates and cross-functional HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing ADA accommodations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience administering FMLA and state-paid leave programs.
- Strong knowledge of ADA FMLA Oregon and Washington Paid Leave programs and related regulations.
- Exceptional communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources preferred.
Pay Range:
$68470.00 - $102707.00
