Childrens Social Worker

Position: Children Social Worker –

We are a leading social services agency dedicated to improving the lives of children in need. As a Children Social Worker with us, you will play a vital role in supporting and advocating for the well-being of vulnerable children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments to determine the needs and risks of children and families

- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and stakeholders

- Provide crisis intervention and support to children and families in difficult situations

- Coordinate with external agencies and service providers to ensure comprehensive support

- Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients to adjust intervention strategies as needed

- Document all interactions, assessments, and case plans accurately and timely

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or related field

- Valid state social work license and/or certification

- Experience working with children and families in diverse settings

- Strong understanding of child welfare policies and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity in dealing with sensitive issues

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bilingual proficiency in

- Additional certifications in trauma-informed care

- Experience using case management software
