Salary: per month (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller & Programmer to join our team in this role you will work with advanced 3- 4- and 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce precision components for complex and high-value projects. You will work across a variety of materials including cast iron bronze Duplex and Super Duplex alloys.

Your Responsibilities

• Select and configure tools for diverse machining tasks

• Accurately set up and secure workpieces

• Define machining sequences and program CNC machines (FANUC/MAZATROL preferred)

• Contribute to workflow and process improvements

• Inspect and measure components to ensure high-quality standards

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What You Bring

• Strong safety mindset

• Technical education at MBO level 4 (or equivalent)

• CNC programming experience ideally with FANUC or MAZATROL

• Analytical accurate and solution-oriented

• Able to work independently as well as in a team

• Previous team leadership experience is an advantage
