KBR is seeking a motivated Technical Director to manage Mission Technology Solutions (MTS) CTO initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Directing developing communicating and implementing the companys direction and strategic goals.
- Developing strategies to optimize business development and marketing internally to the companys employees as well as externally to the clients.
- Monitoring and supporting the pursuit of viable opportunities by supplying the resources and training necessary to assess screen and prioritize opportunities to optimize utilization of resources.
- Identifying and communicating best practices throughout the company.
- Optimizing results for customers as well as the company by establishing goals and objectives for operations and making operational decisions.
- Developing strategy through the implementation and execution phases.
Work Environment:
- Location: Remote
- Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
- Working Hours: Standard
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in related technical field and at least 15 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in related technical field.
Basic Compensation:
$184000.00 - $275900.00
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skillsabilitiesand/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses commissions or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonusrelocationbenefitsshort termincentiveslong termincentives or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
