Sales Manager Catalysts . Ethylene | Middle East & Africa Olefins

Drive business growth and market expansion for Clariants catalysts used in ethylene processes across defined countries in the Middle East & Africa by combining commercial excellence with technical expertise. Develop strategic customer relationships achieve revenue targets and deliver comprehensive catalyst solutions to the petrochemical industry while contributing to digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering (Masters preferred)
• 3-7 years in sales management within the chemical or petrochemical industry
• Proven track record in customer relationship management and deal negotiation

Technical & Skills

• Strong understanding of catalysts ethylene processes and reactor operations
• Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in PowerPoint Excel and CRM software
• Strategic thinking with strong business acumen

Language & Other

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region
• Digital-focused mindset and adaptability
