Job Summary

We are seeking to hire an experienced full-time professional security officers/dock master to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing the dock of a high-rise location; the ability to stand for long periods of time be computer literate and capable of being able to multi-task under stressful conditions. Officers in this role are responsible for providing safety and security services by enforcing site-specific policies safety procedures and emergency response protocols for our client.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures.
Respond to emergencies and assist as needed.
Monitor and report suspicious activities.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises.
Ensure the safety off all personnel and visitors.
Maintain accurate records of all incidents and activities.
Monitor all incoming and outgoing traffic.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Must have a valid level II Texas security license.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have 2 years of current security experience.
