Assignment Details

• Shift: Day Shift 5 8-hour shifts

• Primary Hours: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

• Start Time Window: Between 7:00 AM 8:30 AM (MondayFriday)

• Weekly Hours: 40 hours

• Weekend Requirement: On-call as needed

• Weekly Gross Pay: $3000

• W2 Rate: $33/hour

• Weekly Stipend: $1680

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment in Minneapolis MN. This is an auto-offer position for qualified candidates. The ideal technologist will have strong inpatient IR experience and the ability to work across multiple acute care environments supporting complex image-guided procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during interventional radiology procedures in an inpatient setting

• Prepare and position patients for IR and diagnostic X-ray procedures

• Operate fluoroscopy and imaging equipment in accordance with safety standards

• Maintain sterile technique while scrubbing and circulating as required

• Support procedures in the Operating Room and Emergency Room as needed

• Ensure accurate patient identification documentation and image quality

• Follow radiation safety infection control and departmental protocols

• Participate in on-call coverage as required

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience (HARD STOP)

• Experience working in:

  • Inpatient settings

  • Operating Room (OR)

  • Emergency Room (ER)

  • Interventional Radiology departments

• First-time travelers accepted

Required Certifications & Licensure

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ARRT (Radiography)

• Pending state license accepted

Required X-Ray Procedure Experience

• Extremities (upper and lower)

• Abdomen / Gastrointestinal

• Spine / Pelvis

• Head

• Chest / Thorax
